Complete Horse Hoof Care Mobile Trimming Set

I bought a second hoof boss horse trimming kit, because I wanted to keep one with a carbide grinder and one with the chain disc. One of my ponies has hooves as hard as epoxy, including the soul and just laughs at hoof knives. Trimming their feet has actually become enjoyable because it’s so easy with a chain disc. I was fearful of it in the beginning because I own many chainsaws and know what damage a sharp chain can do, but it’s all in the way you use the tool. Wonderful invention, I wish the discs were cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

This product is brilliant. I have a mini that has shocking hooves and with farriers in short supply this helps me keep him sound and happy. Note: if in Australia get the normal dewalt battery not the power stack battery as the power stack does not work with this tool! That is no fault of this tool.

I just happened upon Hoof Boss. Being a farrier and veterinarian I was very skeptical. It looked like another gimmick. You know one of those”for just blah, blah” and was waiting for the “ but wait there’s more” routine. Boy was I wrong.
