Guidelines
1: Eligibility
Must refer another person. Referring self excludes from eligibility. You must be 18 years or older to refer and are required to be in good financial standing with Boss Tools. You must also comply with the Refer-A-Boss rules. Boss Tools reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the Refer-A-Boss program if you don’t comply with these rules. You must have an account on this website that includes a valid mailing address in order to receive any referral rewards.
2: Incentive Received
- Referee- $25 Amazon gift card
- Successful referrals are totaled at the end of each month and gift cards are distributed by mail.
- Qualified purchases must be completed, non-refunded transactions that occurred at least 30 days prior to distribution date.
- Invitee- $20 off purchase of Hoof Boss tool package
3: Referral Program Invitations
Not eligible for Refer A Boss program by referring yourself. Refers must be another person. To send a Refer-A-Boss invitation, simply follow the instructions outlined in the email and on this web page. You will need to submit contact information about your invitee including a name and an e-mail address. All information collected, stored, processed, or shared through the Refer-A-Boss program is subject to the Boss Tools
Terms and Conditions. By participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these
Terms and Conditions. We will not sell or distribute email addresses to any third-party vendors.
4: Notification
Once you submit your invitee’s information, they will receive a promo code for $20 off their purchase of the Hoof Boss tool package. Once they make a purchase from the Boss Tools site using the promo code, you will receive an email notifying you that a purchase was made and to expect a $25 Amazon gift card to be delivered to the mailing address provided during the referral process.
5: Referral Program Rules
In addition to agreeing to the
Terms and Conditions, you agree that the following activities are prohibited and engaging in any of these will result in immediate termination and disqualification from the Refer-A-Boss program, and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Refer-A-Boss invitations.
- Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your Refer-A-Boss invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
- Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Refer-A-Boss program or Referral Terms & Conditions.
- Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your Invitee beyond the Refer-A-Boss invitation, or otherwise using your Refer-A-Boss invitations for promotional purposes.
- Sending more than one Refer-A-Boss invitation to the same household.
6: Additional Terms
The Refer-A-Boss promo code is only available for purchases made directly from the Boss Tools website. Boss Tools reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Refer-A-Boss program, either temporarily or permanently. If we modify or discontinue the Refer-A-Boss program, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the Boss Tools website. Boss Tools will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the program. Boss Tools reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these guidelines at any time in its sole discretion.
